Pneumo-hydraulic press for pressing and marking
T-Press is an innovative pneumo-hydraulic press designed for pressing and marking, characterised by a C-shaped structure that provides easy access to the working area. Equipped with a touch-screen interface for intuitive management of operating parameters, this machine offers convenience, efficiency and safety. The upper and lower laser barriers, combined with the double-button manual start, ensure a safe working environment, while the absence of a hydraulic power unit reduces running costs and environmental impact.
Terra Pro Automation T-Numbering
ENDLESS MARKING POSSIBILITIES: T-Numbering™ is an accurate and extremely precise column-mounted marking machine which can easily mark codes, numbers, letters, images, etc. on several types of objects and surfaces made of metal and plastic.
AUTO-SENSING TECHNOLOGY: Auto-Sensing technology enables the T-Numbering™ machine to automatically adapt to various shapes and conditions of the surfaces to be marked. It is recommended for ingots with a less than perfectly smooth surface to avoid marking with different pressures depending on thickness. Thanks to Auto-Sensing technology, our T-Numbering™ can be used for marking any type of product.
THE T-SERIALIZING™ SOFTWARE: T-Serializing™ is the software developed by Tera Automation which, if fitted to the T-Numbering™ machine, allows serializing a set number of both casting and minting ingots with different designs. By setting the parameters on the touch screen, operators can easily choose the marking process which best suits the products.

Terra Automation Pro T-Blister machine for ingots and minting
T-Blister™ is a high frequency electric welding machine – for blister packaging of casted or minted bars & coins – with designed system for welding PVC sheets.
Is provided with rotating table and two working stations (loading/welding) to be operated manually. Easy to use and with excellent reliability, it allows easy handling and repeatability of the package quality. The machine is operated through a microprocessorthereby guaranteeing a high and constant productive speed, assuring aneasy and fast man/machine interface.
Final blister can have a single or double welding according to the customer’s requirements (only along the perimeter of the package or also around the product). This provides a great guarantee as it prevents product escapes in case of blister breakage.
